Warranty and Guarantees

Archworx Direct guarantees it’s products from defects and non- abuse breakage for 1 year.  Each appliance is a test fitted on a 3D printed model of your mouth to insure proper fit.  Improper storage, improper cleaning and heat exposure will void any warranty.

“Perfect Fit Guarantee” – Archworx Direct works hard to always “Make It Right” by following Strict, FDA compliant manufacturing practices.  These practices are how we make sure your retainer is designed and manufactured correctly, to the original model and specifications of your doctor.  Sometimes your teeth may shift slightly, this is normal.  We use a flexible material that will not fatigue and can correct some of these minor movements in your teeth.  However, if your teeth have shifted too much (when compared to the original digital scan) you will need to have a more recent digital scan taken, to accommodate this movement.   

Please contact Archworx Direct to address any fit issues, within 5 days of receiving your retainers.

Proper Care

  • When not wearing your retainers, only store them in their proper case.
  • Do not store your retainer in hot cars, or use hot water to wash.
  • Do not use toothpaste to clean your retainer.
  • Use denture or retainer cleaning kits to clean retainer.
  • Do not bite on your retainer to seat it into position.
